The glass fibre cylinder inserted in rigid plastic housing needs to go through a specific, innovative inspection process, which we have developed.

- Valve disassembly and draining
- Mechanical resistance testing with 30 bars pressure
- External and internal visual inspection (flaw library validated by the cylinder manufacturer)
- Plastic housing replaced if necessary
